1.  How long does it take to receive my order?

It depends on how long your organization runs your campaign.  All orders are placed after your campaign is over. Once the order is placed, it will take approximately five days for your order to be delivered to the central location selected by your organization. 

2.  How do I know what size to order?

Sizing charts are included on your organization's page.

3.  How do I care for my apparel?

Care instructions are included on your organization's page.

4.  What is your return and refund policy?

We do not accept returns or offer refunds as all products are custom made for your organization.
